Quality Control Inspector

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our busy Service Centre in Kings Hill. The position is based within our workshop and you will be responsible for checking watches in and out of the departments for authenticity, condition, functions and timing. You will use a number of different analytical machines to check the mechanical aspects as well as visual checks for the aesthetics. You will need to be able to translate the results onto our system for other departments across the company to access and understand. Quality Control Inspectors assess any improvements made to the watch and whether the previous work has been completed to a high standard and determine whether further improvements could be made.

About You

We are looking for a process-driven individual who has a passion for the world of horology. You can withhold technical information easily and share an interest in learning about unique pieces. You will work within strict policies and procedures and support the Servicing Centre in maintaining a smooth running of the department. A successful candidate may come from any employment background involving time keeping and organisation, retail, technical or telephone products, quality checking, repairs or evaluation. You have the desire and passion to develop your own knowledge with a technical aptitude, if you believe that this is the right role for you then click apply!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
