Quality Control Representative
Quality Control Representative
Location: 5 days a week – London, White City
About the Role
A Quality Control Representative role focused on Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Insights and Scheduling & Meeting Coordination.
Responsibilities
Booking Quality Assurance & Performance Insights
- Evaluate BDR (Business Development Representative) calls to ensure:
- Appropriate lead qualification
- Clear value communication
- Adherence to expected call standards
- Identify and report recurring trends, issues, and improvement opportunities in call and booking quality.
- Analyse and document performance against predefined auditing standards.
Scheduling & Meeting Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related queries from merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Manage meeting schedules with:
- Cancellations
- Rescheduling
- Reassignment of appointments
- Liaise directly with merchants to:
- Confirm bookings
- Reschedule appointments as needed
- Retain meetings when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date:
- CRM records
- Sales Manager calendars
- Optimise meeting allocation to:
- Improve efficient routing
- Minimise travel time for field representatives

Background & Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Fluent in English (clear communication in phone-based, professional environments) required.
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
- Previous experience in a call-based environment, such as:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Quality assurance
- Familiarity handling:
- High volumes of calls or customer interactions
- Booking, scheduling, or coordination tasks
- CRM system experience essential (Configuration and management of accurate records).
- Comfortable with:
- Evaluating performance against defined standards
- Providing structured and objective feedback
