Quality Control Representative
Job Summary
As a Quality Control Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work across brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations at an OEM prestige motor manufacturer based in Solihull.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to become a valued member of the team. Career progression opportunities are available.
- Probationary period: 90 days
Key Responsibilities
- Check installation performance reports
- Coordinate joint inspection planning (as required) with business customers
- Move vehicles within the installation facility
- Assist the team with day-to-day duties
- Conduct final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles

Basic Qualifications
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Holds a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Meets company motor vehicle insurance policy requirements
- Possesses a reliable mode of transportation and demonstrates punctuality
- Can drive high-end vehicles safely and comfortably -Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent listening and instruction-following skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-moving environment

Shift Requirements
This role operates on a rotating shift schedule:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shifts rotate every two weeks – flexibility to work both shifts is essential
Compensation
- Annual Salary: £34,372.00
