Role Overview
This is a contract role within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech QC laboratory, focused on supporting product quality, environmental monitoring, and GMP-compliant testing. The position requires strong laboratory experience in both microbiology and QC testing, with a focus on generating accurate, reliable, and compliant data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QC testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Conduct microbiological testing including bioburden, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring
- Work in accordance with GMP/GLP standards and internal SOPs
- Investigate OOS/OOT results, deviations, and support laboratory investigations
- Review and document QC and microbiology data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Candidate Profile
- Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO QC laboratory environment
- Hands-on experience with microbiology techniques (bioburden, sterility, EM)
- Strong understanding of GMP environments and aseptic practices
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
