Quality Coordinator (Data Centre Project) – Finland

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in Finland and take a leadership role in the delivery of one of our largest data centre construction projects.
The successful candidate will be based either 100% in-country or have a structured 10-day rotation model (11/3 balance) with the majority of travel to Finland for this critical assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Preparation
- Lead Quality Management (QM) for the Project, acting as the primary interface between the Client, Contractors, and their Quality Teams
- Direct on-site resources, ensuring quality events and benchmarks are organised, carried out, and results recorded efficiently
- Develop and finalise the Quality Management Plan in line with the Owner’s specifications and regulations
- Communicate all quality standards and requirements to:
- Service providers and equipment manufacturers/integrators
- Specialty Package Contractors
- Commissioning Agents
- Define project-specific requirements for Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and oversee planning and execution of all off-site quality activities

Execution & Compliance
- Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of quality processes, monitoring for ongoing compliance
- Verify that contractors’ Quality Control plans are implemented effectively and aligned with project contract requirements
- Oversee on-site resources to schedule, execute, and close out quality events and benchmarks, documenting progress in real time
Fostering a Quality Culture
- Promote a culture of quality across the project, including induction training for all construction operatives
- Extend training to include off-site project team members, such as integrator contractors, ensuring consistent quality standards
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
You must align with the following:
✅ Proven leadership in a Quality Manager/Coordinator role across large-scale construction projects ✅ Technical expertise with experience translating high-level quality policies into tangible, executable plans ✅ Ability to deliver in high-cost or high-stakes projects, balancing deadlines with standardization ✅ Excellent stakeholder management (client-facing preferred) and negotiation skills ✅ Experience negotiating contractual quality obligations and crafting bespoke QA/QC solutions ✅ Data Centre/Technology Project Experience – advantageous (but not essential) ✅ Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments
