The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised Globalisation Quality Coordinator to support a busy Globalisation Operations team, helping to deliver high-quality localisation projects across a range of digital services.

This is a project-focused role where you’ll play a key part in keeping quality initiatives on track. Working closely with internal quality teams and external partners, you’ll coordinate evaluation workflows, maintain accurate project documentation, monitor quality milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quality evaluation workflows across multiple localisation projects.
  • Track project milestones and ensure quality deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including trackers, process guides and reporting.
  • Work closely with internal Quality Management teams and external suppliers to support project delivery.
  • Produce regular progress updates and status reports for key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers early and escalate where appropriate to keep projects on track.
  • Support continuous improvement by helping to refine processes and documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
