The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Quality CRM Specialist who combines exceptional CRM management expertise with a strong background in Quality Assurance and compliance.
This is far more than a traditional CRM administration role. You'll become the central point of control for the company's client and supplier information, ensuring critical business data is accurate, compliant and readily available to support both successful tender submissions and project delivery.
Working closely with Commercial, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams, you'll ensure the business maintains the highest standards of governance while continuously improving the way client and supplier information is managed.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Quality CRM Specialist, you will:
- Own and continuously improve the company's CRM processes, ensuring client and supplier information remains accurate, current and fit for purpose.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the CRM database within Omega 365, creating a reliable source of business intelligence across the organisation.
- Maintain comprehensive client and supplier records, ensuring all interactions, communications, project updates and commercial activity are accurately recorded.
- Support seamless project mobilisation by providing CRM and prequalification support during the transition from Tender to Project Delivery.
- Manage company and supplier prequalification information across platforms including ISNetworld, Avetta, Achilles and other client compliance portals.
- Prepare and submit prequalification documentation, coordinating responses to client and auditor requests efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor the renewal and validity of Quality, HSE, Insurance and Financial certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance across the supply chain.
- Maintain company-wide certification libraries to support tender submissions and operational activities.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, supplier inspections and client visits, ensuring documentation, scheduling and follow-up actions are completed effectively.
- Support supplier qualification assessments alongside Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams.
- Maintain supplier pricing information, product grading and cost data in collaboration with Cost Engineering.
- Track actions arising from client and supplier meetings, ensuring all actions are completed and appropriately documented.
- Develop and maintain a Client Interaction Calendar, ensuring proactive engagement with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce CRM reporting and insights that support business development, operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance – A Critical Part of the Role
Quality Assurance sits at the heart of this position.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring company processes, documentation and supplier records remain compliant with internationally recognised management systems including:
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
Working alongside the Quality team, you'll help maintain audit readiness, improve document control processes and ensure the business consistently meets both client and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and continuous improvement to business processes.
You'll ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in CRM Management, Client Relationship Management, Supplier Management or Prequalification.
- Strong hands-on experience managing CRM systems with responsibility for data integrity, reporting and process improvement.
- Demonstrable Quality Assurance or Quality Management experience, ideally within ISO-regulated environments.
- Experience supporting ISO audits, supplier quality processes or compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of client compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta and Achilles.
- Experience within offshore renewable energy, marine engineering, construction or infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and produce meaningful business insights.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work across multiple departments while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
