An exciting opportunity has arisen at Normanby Hall Country Park. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2026, as a Quality Customer Experience Supervisor.
The role will provide a high level of customer service ensuring that all visitors to the venue have the best customer experience.
The role will lead operational teams across the site in the day to day running of the park and will oversee the planning of functions and events.

The role involves working on a 3 week rota (attached) working 1 in 3 weekends. Weekend working and bank holidays are subject to enhanced rates of pay.
