Quality Customer Experience Supervisor – Archiver Opportunity (Fixed Term)

At Normanby Hall Country Park, we’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026 as a Quality Customer Experience Supervisor.


About the Role

  • Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring all visitors receive the best possible experience at our venue
  • Lead operational teams across the site, managing day-to-day park operations
  • Oversee the planning and execution of functions and events

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent visitor experiences through hands-on customer service and operational management
  • Manage a 3-week rota system, working one in three weekends (including bank holidays)
    • Note: Weekend shifts and bank holidays attract enhanced pay rates
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by training, mentoring, and coordinating staff to maintain high service standards
  • Support the adaptive planning of events and hire activities while upholding venue guidelines
