Quality Digital Innovation Senior Specialist (FTC/Secondment)
Job Purpose
To provide Oversight and Leadership of the data provision process. To ensure the accuracy and consistency of data provision. To drive improvements to the provision of data in all function both in terms of quality and speed.
This is a FTC/Secondment for the duration of 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that data provision is consistent and accurate
- Provide oversight of data provision quality ensuring that data provision is performed in line with procedures
- Provide advice and support throughout site with respect to SAP data provision
- Ensure the adoption of the simplified, standardised SAP solution, minimizing customisation and maximising the adoption of embedded standard Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) good practices
- Working with core SAP functions to introduce new core functionality and to escalate risks as appropriate
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the data provision and approval functions
- Develop Change Improvement Frameworks and actions to address improvements
- Development and delivery of training materials with respect to SAP data provision to improve the capability of the site
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or in these related fields.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Quality Assurance, Validation, Production processes
- Experience in reviewing, interpreting and approving critical production data, and working across multiple areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline such as Quality Assurance, Validation, Production processes
- Excel and Data Processing Skills
- Leadership and team working skills are key to the effective fulfilment of the role.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and barriers to success and deliver quality and efficiency in all aspects of the business, within the compliance and regulatory framework.
- Knowledge of SAP and Digital Systems, their overall function and operation
- Detailed knowledge of the site Quality Management Systems and the interaction of digital platforms across the business
- Ability to work cross-functionally both in and outside of quality
- Ability to convey complex Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) functionality in a simple way to personnel across the business at all levels of capability
