Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct scheduled internal audits in line with quality standards, producing audit reports and raising non-conformances where required
- Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate quality metrics, trends, and performance to management, as well as identifying areas for improvement & lead initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability
- Focal point for customers managing and resolving customer quality issues and facilitating on-site customer audits
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Key Skills And Qualifications
- Full right to work in the UK without the need of sponsorship, and resides within a commutable distance to our Redditch site
- Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the aerospace manufacturing sector (within AS9100, ISO 9001 certification)
- Experience in Quality Tools & Techniques (8D, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, SPC)
- Experience in non-conformance management & leadership of Root Cause Corrective Action
