Job Description:
- Acting as a customer & supplier interface and focal contract point for customers for all quality-related matters including customer complaints, new product implementation, quality performance reviews
- Leading day-to-day quality activities of an integrated logistics center (Warehouse) to ensure accurate management of customer returns, supplier returns, and quality wall inspections
- Applying root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with customers or customer quality
- Proven experience in root cause investigations (8D’s, 5Whys, CAPA)
- Engineering & Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with the following: PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA
