Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in North Marston. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality standards across the product lifecycle, including developing and maintaining quality procedures, performing inspections, and supporting testing of portable hyperbaric systems and related medical solutions. - Monitoring product and process performance
- Investigating nonconformities
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Participating in audits
- Maintaining documentation
- Contributing to risk assessments and validation activities to uphold product reliability and safety

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management for medical or technical products
- Practical experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Expertise in Product Quality, including defect analysis and continuous improvement
- Experience with ISO standards, regulatory compliance for medical or safety equipment, and audit support is beneficial
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, use measurement tools, and analyze data to support decisions
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally on-site
- Experience in harsh-environment or safety-critical products, and familiarity with risk management and validation testing, is an advantage
