Position summary
The Quality of our products and services is of critical importance to Rolls-Royce, it underpins the safety of our products and is fundamental to meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team driving the capability of the Quality function, and to provide insight that will enable the business to deliver its goals now and in the future. You will have the opportunity to operate across the value stream and with other businesses outside of Civil Aerospace.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, self-confident, creative, persistent, and comfortable working with systems and data.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shaping the future of Quality capability and data analytics in Civil Aerospace.
What you will be doing?
- Support the development and deployment of the Quality Capability, Data and Reporting strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of learning solutions to improve capability in the skills aligned to Quality. To include developing and delivering learning solutions through platforms such as MyLeatro powered by Sana.
- Perform data analytics and implement reports through Power BI and AI / MC learning to provide insight that can be acted upon to improve the Quality of delivered product and services.
- Perform evaluation of the Operating System (process, culture & leadership, governance & risk etc …) to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Perform problem containment and resolution, to minimise impact and to ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed and verified in a timely manner.
- Create and deliver a communication plan, to include managing the Quality function communication plan and organising learning and engagement events.

Preferable experience / qualifications
- Experience in the use of Power BI
- Experience in using AI to secure insight from data
- Prior experience in a Quality role is preferable but not essential
