About the Role
This role supports quality assurance across engineering projects, ensuring suppliers, processes, and deliverables meet strict industry and regulatory standards. Working closely with engineering and project teams, the position focuses on maintaining compliance, improving quality systems, managing inspections, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of technically complex work.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection processes, and compliance documentation.
- Support supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing quality performance monitoring.
- Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations.
- Conduct inspections, testing verification, and documentation reviews.
- Compile LTQRs (Life-time Quality Records) and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure regulatory and contractual quality standards are achieved.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Engineer position or similar QA/QC.
- CSWIP 3.1 or PCN Level 2 certificates desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Welding & Fabrication.
- Experience in the Nuclear industry desirable but not essential.
Salary: £45k - £50k (negotiable - dependent on experience)
Location: Winchester with Travel – Mileage + Expenses paid
Permanent: Full time – Monday- Friday
