Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join the Non-Conformance Management Team supporting the Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will:
- Facilitate and coach teams in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
- Lead and support investigations into non-conformance issues across the SGT business.
- Improve quality tools, processes, and reporting methods.
- Work closely with engineering, project, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive improvements.
- Support the achievement and exceeding of Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) targets and key performance indicators.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the business.
- Support the implementation of effective corrective and preventative actions.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience leading investigations and structured problem-solving activities using formal methodologies.
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, project, manufacturing, and operational teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance trends to drive decision-making.
- Graduate-calibre professional.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sector background.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience in Non Conformance Management processes.
- Experience delivering structured continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools.
- Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with non-conformance management software and systems.
- Experience implementing quality-related solutions and process improvements.
