Quality Control Technician (Electrical)

What You Will Do

As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our products throughout the manufacturing process. Working as part of the production and quality teams, you will carry out routine inspections and electrical testing on units and equipment, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, minimise defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy and continuous improvement.

How You Will Do It

  • Perform routine inspection and testing of electrical components and assembled units
  • Conduct quality checks in line with established procedures and specifications
  • Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformities in the production process
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times
  • Maintain accurate inspection and test documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce waste
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • High school education (or equivalent) or relevant hands-on experience
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems or testing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
  • Familiarity with electrical inspection or testing equipment
  • Knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement practices
