Location: Clarke, 132A Raceview Road
Due to a significant period of growth, our offsite team is expanding and we are now recruiting for a Quality Inspector.
The successful candidate will join our HSEQ Department and be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished façade products throughout the production process.
Working closely with Fabrication Teams, they will help ensure that quality assurance and control processes meet company, client, and regulatory requirements while helping to drive continuous improvement across the factory.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in curtain wall/façade or metal fabrication environments, familiarity with reading technical drawings and shop drawings, and proficiency with digital QA/QC tools. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, reducing rework, and supporting on-time, defect-free delivery of façade systems.
About The Role
Role Summary
- Investigate quality issues, defects, complaints, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor quality trends and recurring issues, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across projects and processes.
- Conduct inspections of façade materials and components.
- Carry out quality inspections and audits at manufacturing facilities to verify compliance with company and client requirements.
- Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, standards, regulations, company procedures, and client specifications.
- Conduct final quality inspections of completed products prior to dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.
- Complete inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance documentation, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams and designers to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained throughout project delivery.

Required Criteria
- 2 years’ experience within construction, manufacturing, façade, or a similar industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations within a construction environment
- Competent IT skills with the ability to produce clear reports and documentation
Desired Criteria
- Previous QA/QC or inspection experience within the construction industry
- Knowledge of façade systems and industry quality standards
- Degree or similar qualification in construction, engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
