Quality & Internal Communications Coordinator - Fully Office based - Farringdon

£28.000 - £35.000

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys balancing quality assurance with creative communications and team support.

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing and quality-checking technical reports to ensure they are accurate, professional, and client-ready. You'll also manage our social media content calendar, keep the website updated, monitor industry news, create engaging content, and provide general administrative support across the business.

About You

  • An exceptional eye for detail and a passion for quality.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media, website content, and Microsoft Office (CRM and AI tools are a bonus).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to support the wider team.
