Quality Lead

Quality Lead – Castle Project Team

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our growing team and help shape the future within N Brown’s new ‘start-up’ division. You’ll lead quality efforts on the Castle project, a groundbreaking financial services platform built using an agentic manufacturing line approach.

As the Quality Lead, you’ll:

  • Define quality requirements for our agentic cells and ensure alignment with industry best practices
  • Oversee quality standards and continuous testing—balancing human-led and AI-driven delivery
  • Champion iterative engineering and modern agentic development in a lean, start-up-like environment

This is a chance to innovate at the intersection of software engineering and AI-driven quality assurance, while operating within a dynamic, fast-moving team embedded in an established organisation.

Person Specification

We’re looking for a driven, curious professional with:

  • A strong ‘why?’ mindset—constantly questioning and improving processes
  • Tenacity to deliver outcomes, even when challenges arise
  • Decisive focus and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise
  • Collaborative energy and a champion of radical candour
  • A belief that fun and effort go hand in hand

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and maintain an end-to-end quality strategy, ensuring "quality in" rather than "quality check"
  • Set standards, best practices, and requirements for agentic cells (AI-driven and human-led teams)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and cell members to embed reliable, secure, scalable quality practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
