Be at the forefront of delivering one of the UK's most ambitious nuclear infrastructure programmes, where your expertise will directly influence quality, safety, and project success.
As a Quality Management Lead (Civils), you'll play a key role in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing through to project delivery. This is an opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and further develop your career in a highly regulated, forward-thinking environment where quality truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major civil engineering contracts.
- Review, approve, and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs).
- Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).
- Coordinate supply chain audits and ensure timely close-out of actions.
- Oversee manufacturing surveillance and inspection activities using a risk-based approach.
- Manage the review and acceptance of manufacturing documentation and quality records.
- Lead Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR) reviews and support equipment release.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, inspection agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain performance.
- Ensure contractual quality requirements are consistently achieved.
