Quality Manager – Permanent Role
Location: Dukinfield, England, North West Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a leading organisation in Dukinfield seeking to appoint a Permanent Quality Manager. This critical role ensures products, processes, and systems consistently meet customer, regulatory, and organisational standards. The candidate will lead the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System and support efforts towards ISO 18001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) accreditations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position, balancing shop floor presence with Senior-level influence over quality systems, culture, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
As Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Oversight & Leadership
- Provide day-to-day oversight of quality performance across all operational areas.
- Lead, maintain, and continue improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

ISO Compliance & Audits
- Collaborate with the HSQE Manager to progress ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure timely corrective actions.

Data-Driven Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and analytical insights.
- Monitor and interpret quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities.

Stakeholder & Process Management
- Support production teams to embede a quality-focused culture.
- Professionally resolve customer quality concerns and supplier-related issues.
Requirements
We are seeking a confident, established Quality Manager with:
- Proven experience as an ISO 9001-compliant Quality Manager.
- Strong expertise in:
- Audits
- Root cause analysis
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, with exposure to ISO 18001/ISO 45001 preferred.
- Experience in a quality-focused role within manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
