Quality Manager Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality assurance and control processes within the industrial manufacturing sector. Based in Renfrewshire, this permanent role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on operational excellence and product quality.

Description
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control processes across production lines, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyse quality metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and process enhancements.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.

Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in QA / quality management
- Skilled in QMS tools (FMEA, 8D, audit)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Continuous Improvement trained knowledge
- Experience in people coaching and development
