Interim Quality Manager | County Tyrone | Immediate Start
Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading global engineering manufacturer in County Tyrone to recruit an Interim Quality Manager for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the site's Quality function, leading an experienced team while working closely with Production, Engineering, and Operations to drive quality standards across the business.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for maintaining the Quality Management System, leading internal and external audits, managing customer quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.

We're keen to speak with experienced Quality Managers who have:
- Previous experience leading a Quality function within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- A proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across the business.
- Experience within heavy engineering, fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing would be highly desirable.
