We're working with a major client delivering Britain's high-speed rail infrastructure programme, and we're recruiting a Quality Manager to provide leadership and support on quality across delivery teams and the supply chain.

This is a quality assurance and improvement role. You'll be responsible for instilling a right first-time ethos across the programme, monitoring supply chain compliance, conducting quality audits, and identifying trends and improvements. You'll work across multiple delivery teams as a quality subject matter expert, supporting project teams to deliver safe, efficient and compliant outcomes.

You'll combine quality management expertise with the ability to influence without direct authority. You'll translate quality data into clear insights, drive improvement initiatives and help the supply chain understand and meet quality expectations. Your work ensures the programme delivers at the right standard, first time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
