As Quality Manager : Calibration and Measurement Systems you will:
Manage and optimise the calibration system, asset register, and traceability for all monitoring and measuring equipment. Lead investigations into out:of:tolerance equipment, ensuring containment actions and structured problem:solving to prevent recurrence. Oversee internal calibration activities and external service providers while maintaining compliance with international standards. Define calibration and measurement requirements for new equipment and processes, supporting process validation and equipment qualification. Own the governance and tracking of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, ensuring compliance and driving closure of identified issues. Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team while monitoring key performance indicators.

The Quality Manager : Calibration and Measurement Systems will have:
Proven experience in calibration management within automotive, manufacturing, chemical and/or process industries. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, and AIAG MSA manual. Demonstrated expertise in leading MSA studies and managing calibration systems. Proficiency in problem:solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and PPAP. A degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, or a related technical discipline, coupled with leadership capabilities.
