Quality Manager
Quality Manager – Energy Projects (Remote Role)
Location: International (cannot be based out of any Murphy site) Contract: Permanent

The Role
As our Quality Manager – Energy, you will play a crucial part in driving quality excellence across Murphy’s international energy frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a quality strategy for the Framework, aligned with Murphy Integrated Management System
- Proactively deploy the Quality Management System, integrating best practice and innovative improvements
- Ensure compliance mechanisms are robust, including participation in technical checks and audits
- Support "Fit to Finish" projects with partners to ensure smooth handover and completion
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify adherence to Company Policy and procedures
- Oversee the audit programme for Framework certification and third-party compliance
- Track, monitor, and report quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Champion quality improvement initiatives, including workshops, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Foster a world-class quality culture through training, coaching, and mentoring

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior-facing Quality role
- Essential: Extensive site-based experience in civil engineering or construction
- Desirable: Experience in the water industry
- Relevant Quality Membership (e.g., MCQI) is advantageous
- Internal/Lead Auditor qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
