A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Quality Manager in Projects within the GT Service business across the UK & Ireland, this role plays a central part in ensuring that project activities meet Siemens Energy quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers, the role embeds quality principles throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and close-out. The position provides quality leadership without direct line management responsibility, focusing instead on governance, assurance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to safeguard project integrity and enhance customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers to integrate quality objectives into project planning, execution, and decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans that align with Siemens Energy, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations through effective assurance, auditing, and inspection activities.
  • Identify, assess, and manage quality-related risks, non-conformances, and corrective and preventive actions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary quality interface for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies, managing audits, quality communications, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, sharing best practices, and supporting process optimisation across the GT Service business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
