The Quality Manager Role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, strengthening process control, and embedding a “right first time” culture. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering and supply chain to reduce variation, eliminate waste and improve overall production capability.
Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain and improve the Quality Management System Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance Collaborate across functions to improve process capability and quality performance Drive standardisation, KPIs and quality best practice across the site

Key Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality role within manufacturing Strong problem-solving skills (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis) Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA and control plans Experience with audits, QMS and continuous improvement methods Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
