Quality Manager
Location: Dukinfield, England, North West

Overview:
Kinetic Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a well respected organisation in Dukinfield as they look to appoint a Quality Manager. This is an important role within the business, ensuring that products, processes and systems consistently meet the standards expected by customers, regulators and the wider organisation. The successful candidate will take the lead on the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System and play a key part in supporting the ongoing journey towards ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 accreditation. It's a hands on position where you'll be visible on the shop floor, while also influencing systems, culture and continuous improvement at a senior level.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day oversight of quality performance across all operational areas
- Lead, maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Work closely with the HSQE Manager to support progress towards ISO 18001 and ISO 45001
- Lead internal audits, manage non conformances and ensure timely corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and insight
- Monitor and interpret quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities
- Support and guide production teams to embed a strong quality culture
- Manage customer quality concerns and supplier related issues professionally and effectively
Requirements:
- An established Quality Manager
- Confident in audits, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001
- Strong experience in a quality focused role within manufacturing
- Exposure to ISO 18001 and/or ISO 45001
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
