Quality Matron – South Region

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior nurse to join our quality matron team. With a strong focus on training, education, safety, and excellence, you will work alongside an Area Manager to provide senior nursing resource for a designated geographical area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, passionate professional, with demonstrable experience in developing staff, patient safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical care. Knowledge of regulatory oversight in the healthcare setting is also essential.

What does the role involve?

In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multi-disciplinary approach to care, you will champion best practice, perform staff training, support with regulatory requirements, audits, and Infection Prevention and Control.

We are looking for a NMC Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience which includes significant exposure to haemodialysis and outstanding administrative, organizational, and clinical skills. Additionally, you will also have experience of managing others, training and education, and understanding the role of Regulators.
