Make technology matter where it matters most.
At Avante Care & Support, we're passionate about creating vibrant communities where older people can live fulfilling lives. As a not-for-profit organisation, every investment we make goes back into improving the quality of care we provide.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Quality & Operational Systems Manager to lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of the digital systems that support our care services. If you're passionate about technology, project delivery and making a real difference through digital innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape how technology supports the delivery of outstanding care across our residential and home care services.
As our Digital Product Owner for operational and quality systems, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of care technologies, ensuring they're fully utilised, continually improved and delivering real value to colleagues, residents and the organisation.
Working closely with operational teams, software suppliers and senior stakeholders, you'll lead digital projects from concept through to implementation, champion innovation, improve system adoption and help drive operational excellence across Avante.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
