BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.
The purpose of the role is to support the Quality Function in the Quality Project Office (QPO) developing and maintaining a digital reporting suite to ensure quality key performance indicators are readily available to a wide range of stakeholders within the client project.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Evolve and adapt existing reporting tools to optimise data entry
- Identify and implement PowerBI reporting functionality across a range of data collection tools within the Quality Function
- Regular maintenance and data refresh duties to service a broad range of internal customers
- Continuously improve reporting in line with evolving Project demands from internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Quality Lead in managing developing a reporting development roadmap
- Work collaboratively with all parties to manage and maintain PDO Quality reporting
- Proactively identify, address and report any data quality / interface issues, collaboratively working with the project team members within PMO and IT for resolution
- Support the Quality Leads to define data characteristics required to report on PDO quality performance
- Identify and share risks and opportunities to improve project delivery through raising and participation in Learning Reports.
- Drive improvements into the Project using industry standards and best practice for data governance, assurance and reporting Project team members
- Participate in the implementation of the Quality Department Digital tools

Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in large Project organisations
- PowerBI report development within complex organisations
- Analysis of data, preparing reports and making recommendations
- The ability to influence and to provide constructive challenge which is accepted by others
- The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who recognises how their position impacts and influences others
- Pro-active and flexible, being prepared to plan and work on own initiative
- Fluent in English language
Desirable
- Knowledge of the nuclear sector, ideally new build
- Financial reporting experience
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- A HNC/HND qualification or degree in a relevant data analytics/IT, project management or project controls subject, or equivalent qualification.
- Broad experience of implementing a variety of PowerBI reporting solutions
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment
