About The Role
Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick are currently seeking a Quality Records Area Co-ordinator to join the MEH Alliance on the Hinkley Point C project – one of the UK’s largest and most complex infrastructure developments.
This is a key coordination role, responsible for managing and progressing area-based quality records to ensure delivery against project deadlines. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to support the successful completion and handover of project scopes.
Working arrangements
Hinkley Point C site with a mix of site and office-based working Standard 5-day working week, Monday - Friday
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned area LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) deliverables Coordinate and support Records Technicians to ensure timely and accurate record capture Monitor progress and provide data/reporting for management review Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum Ensure records meet required specifications and are completed Right First Time (RFT)
Who we're looking for
You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident coordinating multiple priorities. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential in this role. Strong IT skills, including experience with EDMS and document control systems Proven experience managing quality/records processes in a complex or safety-critical environment Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting Experience in nuclear, construction, or major project environments preferred Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent) beneficial Able to obtain a security clearance
