We’re looking for a Quality Specialist - 18 months FTC to join our team and help a project build and maintain the quality management system for products distributed by Dechra Veterinary Products A/S. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring compliance with GDP regulations across receiving, storage, and repackaging activities.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in providing oversight and direction to Responsible Persons (UK/EU) or equivalent that report through the Dechra structure. To ensure alignment in policies, procedures and practices across the Dechra network ensuring compliance with GDP.
- Support in the establishment of an appropriate global GDP Quality Management System and drive implementation across the network to ensure a consistent and sustainable approach is taken for the distribution of our products.
- Assist in developing and driving a system for inspection readiness for GDP compliance across the network, advise regarding remediation plans and monitor completion of remediation activities.
- Support health authority inspections providing advice during inspections as required.
- Assist internal and external auditing of sites and suppliers related to GDP activities as required.
- Influence logistics partners, supply chain and other stakeholders to derive compliant and sustainable transportation solutions.
- Support Qualification and implementation of 3PL solutions
- Support in improvement projects and other initiatives related to GDP.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
- ✔ Experience in GMP/GDP and pharmaceuticals quality assurance
- ✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- ✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ✔ Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
