Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby or London office.

The Opportunity
The Quality Systems & Data Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality management systems, governance processes, and digital toolsets that support efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across RS PRO. The role will drive optimisation of document control, workflow automation, reporting, and quality data analytics to improve visibility, reduce administrative burden, and enable data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Coordinate activities required to maintain ISO 9001 certification, including:
- Internal audit support
- Management review inputs
- Corrective action tracking
- Document and record compliance
- Support preparation for external audits and certification surveillance activities.
- Monitor QMS effectiveness and identify opportunities for process simplification and standardisation.
- Own development and continuous improvement of document control processes across the RS PRO.
- Build and maintain a scalable document management library for all RS PRO controlled documents including:
- Policies
- Business process, processes and sub processes
- Procedures, guidelines, templates and relevant records
- Define and manage document retention, version control, approval workflows, and archival processes.
- Ensure systems are in place to ensure latest published versions are available and have the correct authorisation prior to be published.
- Develop and implement tools and workflows that reduce administrative burden across the RS PRO organisation.
- Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual processes including:
- Approval workflows
- Document routing
- Issue management
- NPI and DD projects
- Audit management
- Any other key business process and KPI reporting
- Support implementation and optimisation of collaboration, workflow tools and data reporting tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI or equivalent).
- Drive standardisation of processes to create seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and maintain dashboards providing visibility of key quality metrics and governance activities.
- Produce reporting and management packs covering:
- Quality KPIs
- Audit status
- Issue management and closure
- Supplier quality trends
- Return metrics
- NPI and DD project performance metrics
- Support governance cadence including leadership reviews, quality reviews, and management reporting.
- Supporting update of PESTLE, SWOT analysis and overall business level risk management, and provide analytical insights to supporting decision-making and risk management.
- Analyse quality and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain supplier scorecards and quality performance analytics.
- Partner with Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Customer teams to improve quality governance and operational effectiveness.
- Act as quality function SME for systems, reporting, data governance, and process management.

What You’ll Bring
- Ability to use and develop databases, and modern work management and collaboration tools and systems, e.g. SharePoint, power automate, Smartsheets or airtable
- Experience developing dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI or equivalent)
- Ability to analyse datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance insights
- Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Ability to translate manual processes into structured digital workflows
- Experience improving process efficiency through digital tools and automation
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Ability to map and improve business processes
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
- Ability to produce clear reporting and governance documentation
- Strong written communication for procedures, workflows, and system documentation
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Exposure to system integration or data architecture concepts
- Understanding of engineering or product compliance processes
