Quality Systems Coordinator

The Role
Looking to kickstart a career in Quality Assurance (QA)? This role is designed as an entry point into Quality Systems, with a clear development pathway toward Quality Specialist roles.
Initially, you will focus on the day-to-day administration of our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)—managing users, coordinating training, and keeping quality actions (like document reviews and CAPAs) on track. As you grow, you will help automate manual processes and map out system overviews, building core quality management skills along the way.
Key Responsibilities
eQMS Administration
- Manage user access, coordinate system training, and provide first-line technical support to users.
Action Tracking
- Monitor and follow up on open quality activities, including change controls, non-conformances (NCRs), and CAPAs.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative processes to boost efficiency.

Document Control
- Support the creation and maintenance of clear overviews of quality systems and business processes.
- Assist in visualising processes to support understanding and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across the business, including R&D, Production, and IT to ensure smooth system integration.
What We’re Looking For….
Education & Experience:
- A-Levels in a STEM subject (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinating role within a technical environment (e.g., managing trackers, document control, or meeting planning).
- Experience with collaborative problem-solving and project planning.
Desirable
- Experience in a regulated industry or supporting electronic databases/platforms.
Skills & Attitude
- Tech-savvy and confident using electronic platforms (document management, project planning, or data tools).
- Excellent communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop within Quality Assurance.
