The role
As a Quality Technician at IPL you will:
- Monitoring an entire production process and performing regular tests to identify potential problems and malfunctions in the early stages.
- Carry out First-off checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Inspecting raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Identifying the root causes of production issues.
- Preparing reports and documentation on malfunctions and corrective measures.
- Collate production data for reporting purposes.
- Be able understand instructions for testing and be able to retain knowledge from quality documentation.
- Tracking quality assurance goals.
- Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inspect and monitor the goods out process against customer specification.
- High housekeeping standards.
- Good time keeping, be able to manage and prioritise your own workload.
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
