Quality Technician Location: Worcester (5 days on site) Contract Length: 6 months Hourly Rate: £15.00 – £18.00

Quality Technician | Contract Role

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring quality? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is an opportunity to contribute to our quality assurance processes and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Record findings and maintain accurate quality check documentation.
  • Identify defects/issues and collaborate with production teams to implement solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing robust quality control procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Key Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar quality assurance role.
  • Familiarity with SAP/IT systems is a strong advantage.
  • Precision and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using measuring and testing equipment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
