- Location: Leeds or Blackpool
- Working Mode: Hybrid (initially fully on-site to get to know the role and the team)
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
Imagine your next project executing tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures to provide support for internal teams in the Quality Training Function.
This is an Individual Contributor role, executing tasks following a defined standard output or set of procedures. You’ll provide support for internal teams in the Quality Training function. This role requires adherence to established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. High standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment are expected.
Roles and Responsibilities
(In accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:)
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative training tasks for UK sites
- Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Develops and maintains Site Training Curricula
- Verifies data entry and hard copy training records to ensure data is accurate
- Coordinates arrangements for facilities and needed resources for training programs
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
- Ensures compliance with all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices (as applicable)
- (For those who supervise or manage staff: Ensures subordinates adhere to all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines; ensures all resources needed for compliance are available and in good condition – if applicable.)
- Ensures personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as needed

How to Succeed
- Minimum grade 4/C GCSEs in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to perform duties in line with policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
