This social research agency specializes in research, evaluation, and behavioural insights. They are a purpose-led business with a strong mission – they have a social, ethical, and environmental conscience and they empower their team to make a positive difference to wider society.

Company Overview

The team works with a broad range of public service clients, including health agencies, social housing providers, and charities as well as local authorities and central government clients. With big future growth plans, this company is expanding and looking to appoint a Research Manager to come on board – you will share the team’s values to make a positive impact and difference and you will love being part of a company that gives back (they give a proportion of their profits to various charities every year!)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery of key research projects, from design through to reporting and delivery.
  • Experience in delivering quantitative research is essential, either from a public sector or private sector background.
  • Writing proposals and pitching for work to potential clients will likely feature in your role, so previous experience in this area would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and used to managing a number of projects at the same time for different clients.
