Senior Quant Trader

Our client is a boutique quantitative trading firm focused on uncovering alpha across emerging and underexplored asset classes. The Role
They're looking for a Senior Quant Trader to research, develop and deploy systematic trading strategies across emerging markets. Working at the intersection of research, trading and technology, you'll own the full strategy lifecycle, mentor junior researchers and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver production-ready strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quant Trader or Quantitative Researcher within HFT, proprietary trading or systematic trading.
- Strong track record developing profitable systematic strategies.
- Experience in low-latency trading environments.
- Strong C++ and/or Python skills.
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution.
- Experience mentoring junior researchers and leading projects.

Nice to Have
- Experience across Forex, Crypto, Emerging Markets or other less crowded asset classes.
- Knowledge of trading infrastructure, exchange connectivity or execution technology.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and take ownership.
