Our client, a leading Fixed Income Hedge Fund, are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to work closely with senior management and portfolio managers across the business. They are looking for someone to help analyze business performance, develop tools, and support decision-making across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build analysis and tools to support business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Help track and evaluate business performance, risk, and resource allocation.
  • Support research projects related to trading, execution, and risk management.
  • Partner with senior portfolio managers and business leaders on analytical projects.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data, Excel, and preferably Python.
  • Ability to turn insights into practical business solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in financial markets; fixed income knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject.
