Our client, a systematic hedge fund, are looking for a Quantitative Developer to join their collaborative Investment Management & Research group. In this role, you will work directly with Portfolio Managers and Researchers to develop, support, and scale their live systematic options strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain, monitor, and improve live transforms and analytics pipelines.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and build scalable, permanent solutions.
  • Partner closely with PMs and researchers to translate quantitative ideas into robust, production-quality code.
  • Build dashboards and tools to monitor live risk, positions, signals, and overall system health.
  • Integrate AI-native workflows to accelerate development and reduce operational overhead.
  • Elevate developer productivity through superior testing, documentation, and automated monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of programming experience in a trading environment with strong, production-grade Python skills.
  • Strong grasp of software best practices (CI/CD, modular design, debugging complex pipelines) combined with a pragmatic, fast-paced trading mindset.
  • Proven experience maintaining production-adjacent systems where correctness and reliability are paramount.
  • A strong interest in utilizing modern AI tools to automate software development and codebase evolution.
