Job Summary
As a Vice President or an Executive Director in Quantitative Trading & Research, you will join a dynamic team supporting the Equity Derivatives business. You will deliver innovative modelling solutions, blending quantitative finance with machine learning to develop best-in-class models for the trading desk. You will work closely with colleagues across Trading, Structuring, and Sales, helping to drive product innovation and optimise portfolio outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, and Sales to support product innovation and analyse complex payoffs
- Implement advanced pricing and risk models for exotic equity derivatives
- Generate innovative modelling approaches and develop pricing prototypes to validate new ideas
- Participate in the continuous improvement of core models
- Provide valuation and risk management expertise across products and regions
- Develop systematic, quantitative solutions for portfolio management
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong educational background and relevant quantitative finance experience
- Deep understanding of option theory, equity derivatives products and models
- Strong foundation in stochastic calculus, probability, and numerical methods
- Proficiency in Python and C++, including experience with numerical and scientific libraries
- Experience in a derivatives quant role
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a front-office equity derivatives quant role
