Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + package depending on experience
Location: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Bicester areas
Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £1m - £4m.
- Role Overview:
- Manage cost controls and cost reporting for 2-3 civil engineering projects.
- Projects valued at circa £1m - £4m.
- Key Requirements:
- Self-sufficient and able to manage own workload and responsibilities.
- Mixture of site-based and office work.
- Sites within 30 miles of Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, and Bicester areas.
- Reporting to Commercial Manager.
