An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required within the commercial team of a successful Glasgow based utilities contractor.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have a high level of responsibility on Utilities projects up to £20mil in value and support with mentoring and guiding graduate / trainee Quantity Surveyors. The position has arisen as a result of continued company growth, driven by consistent successful project delivery across Scotland over the past 10 years. This has secured repeat business and long-term positions on key national frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience.
  • Experience within the Civils or Utilities sector is not essential but would be beneficial.

  • Build and maintain key client relationships.
  • Play a key role within the commercial function of a growing business.
