Role Description
Quantity Surveyor wanted. ✅
TPI Taping and Jointing Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial construction, fit out, or commercial housing schemes to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.
Junior QS to senior QS level will be considered.
This position is based in our Wakefield, West Yorkshire office, with flexibility to work from home some days.

Candidates must possess:
- Experience in commercial construction, along with a strong understanding of commercial practices.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and forecasting is essential, as is the ability to utilize measuring software or manually measure drawings.
- A valid driving license and excellent communication skills are also required.
Preferred:
- Experience in drylining, plastering, or the fit-out sector is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to applicants located within an hour's commute from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and those holding a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, though both are not essential.
- Experience in estimating will be considered an advantage.
