We are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a strong pipeline of water and wastewater infrastructure schemes across London.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial delivery of schemes typically ranging from £50k to £3m.
This role offers a great balance of site exposure and office support, working within an experienced commercial team on essential infrastructure projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple civils schemes, from early stages through to final account.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction to completion Preparing and submitting applications for payment Managing variations, change control and final accounts Cost forecasting, CVRs and commercial reporting Procurement and management of subcontractors Working closely with site teams to maximise project performance
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or utilities Background in infrastructure works such as groundworks, drainage or pipeline schemes Strong understanding of commercial processes and cost control Confident working alongside operational teams on live projects Full UK driving licence essential
