• £400 per day (Outside IR35 Contract) – 6 months initially • Based in NW London • Multi-million pound Civils & M&E infrastructure projects

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with solid NEC contract experience? This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects, managing ~£1m/month in contract value, and ensuring commercial risk is tightly controlled from start to finish.

Your job will be to:

• Lead cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting across Civils & M&E packages • Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and monthly valuations • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure procurement, budgets, and risks are effectively controlled
